The first full week of April through the third week of May has a rate of $750.00 / week. 

The last week of May through the last full week of September has a rate of $850.00 / week. (Dates are underlined)

The last few days of September through the last full week in November has a rate of $750.00 / week.

You can RESERVE a time period by contacting me via email, but a reservation turns into a firm BOOKED status ONLY when payment of the $300.00 security deposit has been received. 

Your weekly rental fee is due no later than 30-days prior to the first of your rental weeks. 

The security deposit and weekly rental fee are refundable up to 30-days prior to the date of the  reservation.

Applications and Waiver of Liability forms are to be completed prior to rental.

     Please check out special area events on the Local links.  Sylvan Beach being only 4-miles away has many weekly offerings though the summer!  Of major interests are Fireworks displays which are extraordinary from The Cottage's vantage point.  (Without driving anywhere!)

    Syracuse, Utica, Rome, Oneida, and Oswego are all within approx. 45-minutes.

    To ensure the integrity of the property and neighbors peaceful lives, no sub-letting permitted, and no parties!  Only limited teneants and guests permitted!

To ensure the pleasant stay and expectations of our guests and future use of our property, Pets (yes, non-humans) and Smoking are prohibited on premises, no exceptions!
